The Perception of Time in Different Cultures.
How does your cultural background influence your perception and experience of time? Do you find that time seems to pass differently in various cultural settings, and if so, how does this affect your daily life and interactions with others?

I think it generally gets faster as we age, but meditation seems to help slow things down abit. I found this video very helpful to get into it. I believe we have gotten too wrapped up in clocks and timetables in the west, and have forgotten how to enjoy the moment.
To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize.
