So, this is happening...
If they know who these at risk people are, isn't there something better that could be done like, I don't know, routine stop and frisk operations to keep them disarmed? Or maybe society would be improved if they did kill each-other off. I mean, it's not like habitual violent felons are going to do anything worthwhile with their lives, other than removing other habitual violent felons from society. Unfortunately during their long journey to hell these low lives manage to cause great harm to decent citizens who don't deserve the horrors visited upon them.
